Reflecting on the significance of knowledge sharing: presenting research findings is a motivation to my academic work. I have come to the conclusion that it is through sharing our findings that we transform our abstract concepts into tangible realities. I am just reminiscing that, time has past when I had the privilege of presenting my research at the hashtag#YOU-sustain conference, organized by hashtag#GAYO at the hashtag#University of Ghana(2023).My presentation focused on the Quality Assessment of Air Conditioner Condensate Water. To illustrate my research findings, I conducted an engaging experiment during the presentation. I collected samples from air conditioners within the university and asked the audience to differentiate between the various water samples. This interactive approach effectively conveyed the significance of my research and highlighted the potential of a neglected resource. My research basically showed that AC water was very low in Dissolved solids, sampling correctly most often lead to no bacterial growth, and thus this water is appropriate for potable purposes if disinfected appropriately. In line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 3, my research highlights the importance of exploring alternative sources of clean water. Future st

udies will be looking at how best to disinfect and recover the water for future sustainability purposes. The findings will

have future implications for improving water quality and supporting the achievement of the SDGs.
